AI Engineer

For this role, we are specifically looking for
AI Data Engineers
, so strong and demonstrable
data engineering experience is a key requirement
, in addition to AI and LLM expertise.

IA agentive and LLMs

Fluent English is a MUST.
- Experience building autonomous multi-step agents using LangGraph, LangChain or equivalent frameworks.
- Design of custom tools (
tool calling
) that expose APIs and data sources to an LLM in a structured manner.
- Prompt engineering focused on deterministic tasks, including output formatting, interpretation rules, temperature control, and model parameter tuning.
- Integration with model-serving endpoints (
Databricks Model Serving, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or others
), including rate-limit management and error handling

Data Engineering
- Databricks:
Experience with notebooks, widgets, Unity Catalog (including Volumes), and Delta Lake.
- Python:
Experience with libraries such as
pandas
and
openpyxl
, as well as modular code development.
- PySpark (production level):
Reading and writing Delta tables, schema management, and data processing at scale.
- Design and implementation of
batch ingestion and data processing pipelines
