On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are seeking an experienced
Solution Architect
with strong expertise in
banking, core banking, and cloud technologies
to join our organization. You will be responsible for designing innovative and scalable technology solutions, addressing complex business and technical challenges, and working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

As a Solution Architect,
you will do
:
- ?️ Design
scalable, secure, and modern architectures
for banking applications.
- ? Lead
core banking modernization
and integration with legacy and surrounding systems.
- ☁️ Design
cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions
for highly regulated environments.
- ? Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.




- ? Lead technical workshops and present solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
- ?️ Establish architecture standards and help ensure
security, high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance
.
- ? Help organizations navigate complex technology transformations and modernization initiatives.

We require:
- 5+ years of experience
in banking, FinTech, or financial consulting.
- Strong knowledge of
core banking processes
, including lending, deposits, payments, accounting, and clearing.
- Experience with
core banking platforms and solutions
.
- Strong knowledge of
cloud architecture
and experience with at least one major public cloud platform.
- Experience with
microservices, APIs, containers/Kubernetes, and hybrid-cloud environments
.
- Bachelor’s degree in
IT, Electronics, Systems, Telecom Engineering
, or a related field.
- Advanced English
proficiency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
