Purpose of the Role
Lead major event portfolios across SiGMA summits, overseeing Event Managers and ensuring consistent operational excellence across multiple event products. The Senior Event Manager drives continuous improvement,



manages strategic stakeholder relationships and contributes to the long-term growth of the Events Department.

1. Portfolio Leadership
Lead the planning and delivery of multiple event portfolios across a summit.
Oversee Event Managers responsible for individual event products.
Ensure consistent delivery standards across all assigned events.
Drive operational improvements through post-event analysis.
2. Venue, Accommodation & Strategic Logistics
Lead negotiations with major venues and hotel partners.
Oversee transport and logistics strategies across multiple events.
Develop long-term supplier relationships.
Ensure consistent premium service standards.
3. Operational Leadership
Oversee operational planning across multiple event teams.
Review production plans and staffing structures.
Manage complex operational challenges.
Ensure consistency across all event products.
