Job Description
The Bilingual Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring productivity, quality standards, and sales targets are consistently achieved. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, performance management experience, and fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the client to identify opportunities for process improvements, performance enhancements, and overall customer satisfaction.
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues in a professional manner.




Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Maintain effective communication with English- and Spanish-speaking customers and employees.
Candidate Profile
Associate's degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
Willingness to work a versátil schedule
