Role:Technical Onboarding Specialist
Location: Latin America (Remote)
Working Hours:9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time; Mon to Fri)
Compensation:US$5 - US$7 perhour (40 hours/week) + Commission + Bonus

As we scale ClickGrow, we are looking for a technical, bilingual Onboarding Specialist based in Latin America. You will be the face of the company for our newest users, ensuring they find immediate value during their initial trial period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Kick-off calls. Conduct back-to-back, 30-minute* Zoom sessions with customers who have just started their free trial.
- Guide users through the end-to-end account setup, including API integrations, tracking installations, and dashboard configuration.
- Clearly communicate the value of ClickGrow features while troubleshooting any immediate technical hurdles the user faces.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience by recommending relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or higher-tier plans that align with their business goals.




- Identify common friction points during the setup process and relay feedback to the product team to improve the self-serve experience.
- Ensure new clients have access to technical assistance to properly connect and set up their software
- Uphold all verification details on the ClickGrow dashboard by being diligent in reviewing client details and profiles
- Escalate fraud, suspicious activity, or terms of service violations to the appropriate team
- Ensure utmost confidentiality while handling onboarding and adapt to evolving requirements, internal policies, and operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Based in Latin America (any country) to align with our primary time zones.
- Bilingual Proficiency (English C1/C2): Exceptional verbal and written English is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable leading technical conversations with the USA and integral clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with SaaS platforms, basic web techn
