Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries by phone with timely and professional communication.
- Create and assign service tickets to the Account Manager through HubSpot.
- Enter, schedule, track, and close out work orders accurately.
- Coordinate vendor scheduling and maintain clear, effective communication with vendors.
- Request and obtain bids for special maintenance projects.
- Schedule property spot checks as needed.
- Work closely with the accounting team to resolve invoice-related inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry to support operations.




- Provide coverage and support for the Account Manager during out-of-office periods.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and professional demeanor
- Advanced English reading skills with strong comprehension and quick processing
- Able to build rapport with a wide range of personalities and provide a positive customer experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities

- Comfortable with technology and experienced in using digital tools for property listings, document handling, and workflow management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of Experience in property management, customer service, or related role (preferred).
- Advanced English (required)
- Proficiency in property management platf
