The Opportunity

A confidential U.S.-based organization is hiring a
NetSuite Business Applications Specialist
to support and improve its ERP environment. You'll work with teams across the business to solve system challenges, enhance workflows, and develop solutions that make day-to-day operations more efficient.

We're looking for someone with strong NetSuite expertise who can work independently while communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the company's NetSuite environment.
- Build and maintain SuiteScripts, workflows, custom records, and platform configurations.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams to understand system needs.
- Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and saved searches.
- Investigate complex NetSuite issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
- Improve data accuracy, system reliability,



and overall platform efficiency.
- Assist with ERP projects, automation initiatives, and future system enhancements.
- Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization.
- Understanding of accounting processes and financial systems.
- Experience with reporting, integrations, and data management.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Confidence communicating with managers, directors, and other business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
- Avalara AvaTax, Stripe, Ramp, or Salesforce.
- Analytics, business intelligence, or reporting tools.
- Data warehouse or data-related initiatives.
- AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
