- Role Purpose: Transition our digital marketing apparatus away from an external agency by serving as our internal marketing engine—owning local SEO, digital asset design, social media growth, and routine website management.
- Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor (Minimum 32 hours per week)
- Interview Prerequisite: Candidates must provide specific case studies or examples of measurable SEO success (with concrete KPI improvements) to be considered.
Why This Role Exists
We are a premier, scaling medical spa (med spa) dedicated to helping our clients look and feel their absolute best. Currently, we use an external marketing company to manage our Facebook ads and Search Engine Optimization. However, we've realized their generic, automated approach creates too much detached, low-impact noise without truly capturing our brand’s voice or local presence.
We are phasing out this external agency entirely to bring our marketing in-house. We are looking for an agile, dual-threat SEO & Social Media Marketing Manager. You will be our single,
dedicated internal engine—handling everything from elegant visual handouts and premium social media updates to the deep technical backend optimization that ensures our med spa stays at the absolute top of local search rankings.
