What You’ll Do

The Senior Finance Coordinator is a key member of BCG Peru's Finance team,



responsible for supporting the financial operations of the local office while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.

This role serves as a trusted partner to local leadership and regional finance teams, contributing to financial planning, reporting, accounting operations, tax compliance, treasury management, internal controls, and continuous process improvement. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and BCG policies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the general ledger and related accounting records.
- Supervise balance sheet reconciliations and lead month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses for local leader
