2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is seeking a driven Sales Manager to build and lead our Bogotá-based sales team, selling premium residential moving services to US clients. You will create the playbook, manage complex deals, and own the numbers while coordinating with leadership across locations.

You’ll recruit and train reps, drive outbound business development, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a US visa and Colombia work authorization, with scope to travel as needed.
