JOB SUMMARY
This position is temporary seasonal.




The Customer Service Associate acts as an associate level liaison between team members, customers, sales, and manufacturing departments. Responsible for meeting or exceeding their production and fulfillment related requirements while developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Administers the production coordination function which may also include other related functions such as order entry and planning.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the sales representative with all internal responsibilities, which include.
- Write up request for estimate form or print out estimate from job ticket and submit for Pricing.
- Write up “Was – is” estimate form.
- Contact customers with pricing, as well as any issues and /or status of their job.
- Enter jobs into the system
- Create Ink request cards
- Place the job into Prepress
- Request all paper stock cards in the system
- Create any Purchase Orders for o
