Overview
We are seeking a Vice President of Product IT Innovations to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Innovation Officer in driving the advancement and execution of our innovation technology roadmap. The Vice President of Product IT Innovations will oversee the Innovation Technology team's execution, delivery, and architectural vision. The idóneo candidate will be a strategic and data-driven technology leader with a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional innovation initiatives, particularly within payments and mobile application technology sectors. We are seeking a leader who is collaborative, humble, observant, and focused on sustainable impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of AI-driven technologies in a mobile-first, highly regulated industry. The VP will spend the first several months deeply learning internal structures, building relationships, and gaining trust before initiating independent strategic decisions.
Compensation
$150,000-$170,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Leadership
- Translate the strategic vision set by the Chief Innovation Officer into detailed plans, architectural models, and project milestones for the Innovation Technology team.
- Provide steady, thoughtful leadership in a start-up environment, with a focus on long-term success over immediate transformation.
- Build credibility across departments by actively listening, observing, and collaborating before recommending or initiating changes.

Technology & Product Innovation
- Help evolve our architecture toward distributed, modular, AI-powered platforms, particularly in mobile and real-time environments.
- Support future initiatives in AI and Go-based development, shaping early-stage concepts into scalable solutions.
