About the Role
The company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help drive new patient growth and serve as the first point of connection in each patient's aesthetic journey. This is a sales-focused role responsible for converting inbound interest into booked consultations, re-engaging warm leads and past patients, and helping prospective patients feel confident in choosing the company.
The representative will act as both an ambassador and a revenue driver: building trust with prospective patients, guiding them toward the right next step, and consistently moving leads through the funnel. The idóneo candidate is highly motivated by goals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance a patient-first experience with strong sales performance.
