The Opportunity:

- Monitor and support production systems and services.
- Manage alerts,



incidents, and escalations in collaboration with Engineering and Ops teams.
- Execute maintenance, deployment, and operational support tasks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
- Contribute to system reliability, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Qualifications:
- Advanced English level.-
- Languages:.NET, JavaScript, SQL. MSSQL is preferred.
- Frameworks:.NET Entity Framework, Angular, Kendo (or equivalent frameworks).
- Databases: MSSQL and DynamoDB, or other NoSQL databases.

- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
