About the role:
We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join our team in Chilca, Lima, providing engineering and maintenance leadership across our operations.

This is a senior pivotal role. You will be accountable for delivering safe, cost-effective engineering and maintenance outcomes that support the site's safety, quality, reliability and equipment availability targets. Your role will be part of the Bradken strategy by optimising assets, resources and maintenance strategies while supporting the ongoing improvement of our operations.

You will lead the planning and execution of capital projects, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, asset critical risk management and engineering standards.

In this role, you will:
- Lead asset reliability and maintenance strategy, establishing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and engineering standards that improve equipment reliability, availability and overall business performance.
- Plan and execute capital projects and major works, managing scope, priorities, resources, schedules and budgets to deliver projects safely, effectively and in line with business requirements.
- Optimise maintenance and operational performance by analysing asset performance, equipment uptime, maintenance programs and project outcomes, then implementing improvements based on data and identified opportunities.
