Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. This is a detail-oriented coordination and administrative role responsible for supporting the successful planning,



organization, tracking, and execution of multiple client and internal projects.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, internal Atlas Technica teams, clients, vendors, and partners to maintain project schedules, documentation, meetings, procurement activities, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and eager to grow their project management knowledge while becoming increasingly independent in the ownership and completion of assigned tasks.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain project schedules, milestones, work hours, budgets, action items, and other project-related information across multiple projects
Provide accurate and timely project updates to Project Managers and other stakeholders, escalating potential risks, delays, or concerns when identified
