The Job

As an on-call Cook at The Henry in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you’ll play a starring role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by presenting them with WOW moments. This is an opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.8725 per hour

The Day-to-day
- Prepare and execute dining menu items with precision and consistency.
- Work a variety of cook stations from sautéing to grilling orders.
- Create certain dishes from scratch such as the fresh pastas and sauces.
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and efficient work environment while ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.

The Adecuado Candidate
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Cook.
- Formal Culinary training a plus.
