MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Location: San Isidro, Lima, Peru (On-site)
Salary:S/ 2,500/month (Peruvian Payroll - Régimen microlaboral)

Compass Property Management is looking for a proactive and highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to support the maintenance operations of a residential property portfolio in the United States.

Work Schedule

March 8th - November 1st
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (On-site)
- Lunch: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Remote)

November 2nd - March 7th
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (On-site)
- Lunch: 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Remote)

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance work orders.
- Assign work orders based on priority, technician availability, and location.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, technicians, and the U.S. team.




- Take ownership of each work order from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintenance-related issues proactively until they are fully resolved.
- Maximize technician utilization by efficiently scheduling work orders and ensuring all available technician hours are assigned.
- Monitor work orders and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination and daily operations.

What We're Looking For
- Advanced English (spoken and written) - Required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service or another customer-facing role.
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or coordinating appointments/work orders is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organization
