About the Role:

The Field Clinical Representative (FCR) for Interventional Cardiology is responsible for driving commercial execution and providing clinical and operational support within the assigned territory.This role combines in-field presence in the catheterization laboratory (cath lab) with growing ownership of account execution and business development activities, operating as an individual contributor without direct reports.The position requires a solid foundation in interventional cardiology, strong organizational skills,



and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand the business.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Execution & Territory Execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined territory.
- Identify and convert business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Execute account plans aligned with territory objectives.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for growth.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to increase market share within assigned accounts

Clinical Support & Cath Lab Assistance
- Provide technical and procedural support during cath lab interventions.
- Ensure correct and efficient product usage during procedures.
- Support physicians and clinical teams in routine and moderately complex cases.
- Develop strong clinical knowledge in interventional cardiology therapies and products.
