The role
qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Site Reliability Engineer, you'll join the SRE function to ensure our software systems are reliable, scalable, and highly available building tools and automation that improve operational efficiency from day one.
You'll work closely with engineering teams to investigate production issues, automate repetitive tasks, improve observability, and contribute to AI-driven operational initiatives, turning frictionless payments into real, dependable growth for restaurants. What you'll own
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability solutions.
- Investigate production incidents using logs, metrics and distributed tracing.
- Build automation and internal tools using Python or Go to eliminate operational toil.
- Improve system reliability through SLO and SLAs and proactive monitoring.
- Lead incident response, RCA and long-term reliability improvements.
- Contribute to AI powered operational tooling and automation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve performance, scalability and resilience.
