We specialize in providing support in Virtual Production and LED video wall systems that deliver stunning visuals for live events, commercials and music videos. As we expand our operations, we’re looking to hire experienced and driven LED Video Wall Technicians on a project hire basis to join our growing team of professionals.
Job Summary:
As an LED Video Wall Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, rigging, operation, troubleshooting, and breakdown of LED video wall systems for a variety of applications, including concerts, corporate events, live events, and virtual productions. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure a seamless and visually impressive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and align LED video panels (indoor and outdoor) per design specifications
- Operate video wall systems during live events and shows
- Perform routine maintenance and testing of LED systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Work with video processors, scalers, and control systems (e.g., Brompton, Barco, NovaStar, etc.)
- Ensure all cabling and rigging is safely and professionally installed
- Maintain and manage LED panel inventory and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments (lighting, rigging, grip) for cohesive execution
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience working with LED video walls in live event or AV environments
- Strong knowledge of LED display technology, video processing, and signal flow
- Familiarity with Brompton, NovaStar or other LED control systems
- Basic understanding of networking and video routing protocols
- Ability to work versátil hours, including nights, weekends, and travel as needed
