We're looking for our new Sales Representativein Peru who will be responsible for customer relationships and performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact client.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, guiding them through the internal process to secure deals.
- Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of target customers and maintain a comprehensive account base.
- Communicate important trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.




- Conduct research to understand the territory and establish connections with potential customers.
- Analyze competitive and industry trends to attract new customers to the company.
- Ensure CRM tools are consistently updated and maintained with high-quality information.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade or similar
- Experience in contract logistics is a MUST
- Proactive

- CRM management
- Knowledge of several of the following sectors is a prerequisite for the position: Fruit & Vegetables.
