Our LAM NTP acts as a strategic business partner, ensuring that business relationships and engagements with suppliers and counterparts are handled according to policies, commercial goals, risks and procurement area related best practices for all non-productive services and materials.

We are responsible for leading and driving the implementation of value-driven procurement strategies, projects and processes, maximizing profitability, efficiency, transparency and supplier performance.

We also pursue value beyond hard savings, including top-line growth enablement, sustainability, speed-to-market, governance and enhanced stakeholder experience through continuous process simplification.

Acts with full ownership for all NTP activities in Argentina, ensuring alignment with regional strategies while adapting to local market needs and regulatory requirements, and actively drives and contributes to regional projects and category initiatives across Latin America.

Stakeholder Management




- Act as the SPOC within the countries and categories in scope, including all NTP layers.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the business, translating commercial needs into sourcing strategies.
- Actively partner with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships enabling achievement of business goals.
- Understand, manage, align & challenge business expectations and needs in line with policy and adidas strategic goals, addressing solutions to win as one team.
- Build and drive a pipeline of projects to achieve negotiation and value creation ambitions.
- Close communication, exposure and visibility within the business, including a cadence of meetings (1:1s, functional & strategic meetings), including Finance, FLMs, GMs and key stakeholders.
