We are looking for a motivated Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a wide range of accounting tasks, including managing financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting with financial report preparations. This individual should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with maintaining the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
- Process daily transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll entries.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Assist with monthly and year-end close processes.




- Help with financial statement preparation and detailed report generation.
- Collaborate with the senior accounting staff to support various accounting projects and activities.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Help with internal and external audit procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
- Support in maintaining financial controls and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
