We’re looking for aSenior Pricing Data & AI Manager to join our Pricing team within the Product organization. In this role, you will support the development of scalable, data-driven pricing and monetization solutions by building and applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled models.

You will operate at the intersection of pricing, data, and business, owning the hands‑on development of models and analytical frameworks that directly inform pricing decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Sales to drive outcomes that improve revenue performance, customer alignment, and long‑term growth.

You Will
- Lead the design and hands‑on development of AI-enabled pricing models that drive measurable impact on revenue, retention, and customer acquisition
- Build and own pricing simulations and scenario analyses to evaluate trade‑offs across growth, margin, and customer value
- Analyze customer usage patterns and behavioral data to identify monetization opportunities, segmentation strategies, and pricing risks
- Partner with Product, Finance,



and Sales to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business goals and grounded in data‑driven insights
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and tools that support reliable and repeatable pricing decisions
- Establish and evolve pricing experimentation frameworks to test and validate model‑driven recommendations
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, operational excellence, and continuous learning

You Bring
- Experience applying advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or AI/ML techniques to solve business problems, particularly in pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization
