Position Summary
The Key Account Executive is responsible for the annual planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial strategies for assigned clients. This includes implementing sales proposals with clients, managing promotions and the distributor’s sales force. Additionally, the role ensures the achievement of profitable net sales growth objectives for each client.
The Key Account Executive provides critical information and contributes to the development of improvement plans to enhance market share and brand visibility.
Accountabilities
- Develop and manage strategies for assigned accounts.
- Execute strategies and plans at the point of sale.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
- Oversee the budget allocation for deflator management.
- Provide direction for the management of sales promoters.

- Develop and manage strategic plans for assigned clients.
- Identify market opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze market trends using reports from Business Intelligence.
- Provide competitive analysis and market insights.
- Definition and Management of Account Strategies
- Maintain strategic, long-term commercial relationships with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and buyers within assigned accounts
- Lead negotiations to secure commercial agreements, maximizing value in line with company policies.
