Business Development - Equity Capital Markets at Binance. About the role We are launching a new suite of tokenized equity capital markets products and need a professional to lead deal origination and structuring. You will manage the entire deal lifecycle within a small, focused team, acting as the primary driver for our external partnerships.

What you'll do
- Find and engage potential issuers, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution partners to build a new deal pipeline.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- Manage commercial negotiations and define deal terms.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from initial lead to final execution and report on conversion metrics.
- Create pitch decks, proposals, and other materials to secure mandates.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and transaction data to focus your outreach efforts.




- Collaborate with internal departments to manage the due diligence and documentation phases of each transaction.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ECM origination, investment banking, capital raising, or relationship management.
- A pre-existing network of contacts within VC, PE, investment banking, and institutional circles that allows for immediate deal sourcing.
- Proven history of sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing mandates or deals.
- Deep knowledge of equity capital markets, including the mechanics of IPOs and follow-on offerings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level external stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently in an ambiguous environment to build a pipeline from scratch.

Nice to have
- Prior experience with digital assets or tokenization, or a strong desire to learn how to move equity capital markets on-chain.
