What’s the Role?

Production Planner – Chilca

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Planner to join our team in Chilca.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the flow of products throughout the complete production cycle. You will manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS), coordinate short-term production scheduling and medium-term capacity planning, and ensure that customer orders are manufactured safely, efficiently and on time.



You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Supply Chain to optimise production capacity, material availability and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS), leading short-term production scheduling and medium-term capacity planning to ensure operational alignment and resource feasibility.
- Delivery Performance & Order Management: Review and schedule customer sales orders, manage due dates and proactively identify risks or constraints to improve DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time) and reduce late orders.
- Capacity & Materials Planning: Continuously review production plans, capacity, stock levels and material availability, identifying potential constraints and recommending actions to maintain production flow and customer delivery commitments.
