Who you are:
The IT Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving office and store IT issues, tracking and resolving service requests, and collaborating with the IT team and external vendors. The role requires clear communication, adherence to documented escalation procedures, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to support users in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first- and second-level IT support via the company’s ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities in the ticketing system and knowledge base, with clear, complete updates for every ticket.
- Manage IT inventory end-to-end: log hardware movements, track stock levels,



maintain emergency spares, and coordinate replacement or repair while keeping asset records accurate.
- Set up accounts, devices, and other hardware for new hires (onboarding) and assist with login/password issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily user requests for hardware, software, POS, peripherals, mobile devices, VOIP phones, and other store technology to maintain business operations.
- Guide users through problem resolution, identifying technical faults vs. user errors.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs or problem resolution.
- Provide updates and maintenance for POS systems (remotely or in-store as needed).
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects, rollouts, and recurring maintenance activities.
- Travel occasionally within the U.S. for support needs or project work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
