Product Strategy & Compliance Expertise
- Deep understanding of global payroll, employment, tax, and labor compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience translating complex regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities, business requirements, and operational processes
- Strong understanding of payroll technology, product development lifecycles, and compliance‑by‑design principles




- Ability to balance regulatory obligations with customer experience, automation, and commercial objectives
- Experience supporting global payroll products in highly regulated environments

Leadership & Organizational Development
- Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams within Compliance, Product Compliance, Payroll, or related functions
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with a track record of building team capability and future leaders
- Experience establishing strategic priorities, operating models, and governance frameworks
- Ability to drive alignment and execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
