Manager Partnerships

Purpose:
The Partnership Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a high-impact network of strategic partners that deliver value across customer segments in alignment with the bank’s overall strategy. This role contributes to the success of cobrands and local partnerships by ensuring the execution of specific goals, plans, and initiatives that support the team’s business objectives. All activities must be conducted in full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
What do we expect of you?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising,



or Business Administration Preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing loyalty programs, managing strategic partnerships and alliances, client relationship management, or leading loyalty-related projects.
- Required experience in analyzing KPIs and business performance metrics; experience with data analytics and visualization tools is preferred.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to work independently to accomplish tasks are essential
- Intermediate English preferred.
