Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

As the project controls analyst, you will be responsible for controlling the scope, cost and schedule for a portfolio of large construction projects. Under general direction, you will exercise your judgment and be responsible for all aspects of project governance. Projects typically have a multi-year duration,



and some may be high profile. The position requires skills in managing cross-functional, multi-location project teams using cutting edge project management methodologies.

Your Day-to-Day Activities:

Plan and Organize
- Input financial forecast data and provide analysis using software like SAP and Primavera P6
- Create and maintain project schedules— define activities, work breakdown structures, predecessors, successors, resources, and baselines
- Support project manager in preparation of business cases, contingency releases, and management of project budgets within established project governance rules
- Develop, monitor, and update cash flow projections

Analyze
- Analyze and report on variances for project cost and schedule
- Create and maintain Excel-like spreadsheets for reporting and analysis
- Measure the progress of activities and milestones in project schedules

Execute
