About Senior Associate, Program Management Role
Senior Associate, Program Management is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and project management of client deliverables, supporting more senior account team members.



Key activities include facilitating client requests, developing creative briefs, working with creative and production teams to manage progress, planning and maintaining timelines.
- We anticipate this person working closely with our Austin based team on traditional marketing and advertising projects: creative, media and social.

As a Senior Associate, Program Management, you will
Client Service
- Prepare for and participate in calls and meetings with the clients
- Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, notes and conference reports
- Act as liaison between client, outside partners/vendors and internal teams
- Support all administrative aspects of client account management
- Maintain communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure that assigned work is handled in a positive, timely and efficient manner

Project Management
- Manage client projects and day-to-day account work, including project planning and schedu
