Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ortigas, responsible for generating and closing sales for the company’s property and product offerings. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting property and product presentations, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers,



responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about pricing, features, and payment options. The Sales Executive coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, timely follow-ups, and excellent customer service. This position also requires participating in promotional events, maintaining sales reports, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to individuals and groups.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
