Lead and execute the market access strategy for the assigned portfolio, with a primary focus on securing and expanding access within the public healthcare sector. The role is responsible for identifying and addressing regulatory, policy, and institutional requirements that enable product inclusion, reimbursement, and availability across public healthcare institutions. This includes building and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring the healthcare policy environment, supporting public tender processes, and facilitating access opportunities that contribute to sustainable patient access and business growth. Additionally, the role ensures portfolio availability and supports negotiations with commercial partners and distributors when require.

Key Account management
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing and other relevant areas to ensure a coordinated approach to account management
Manage the listing and maintenance of new and existing products (e.g., Lenvima and Cresemba).

Market Access Strategy




Develop and implement market access strategies for the current portfolio, integrating regulatory, public policy, and institutional stakeholder components.
Identify and analyze market access trends, policy changes,reimbursement challenges, and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across public and private healthcare systems.
Support field-based market access requirements across different healthcare institutions.
Ensure timely follow-up on technical requirements and documentation needed for public tenders.
Lead the PICO question development and evidence generation process to support access initiatives.
Develop and analyze pharmacoeconomic models, including cost-benefit and budget impact analyses, to support market access decisions.

Compliance and Transparency.
Ensure that all interactions with government entities and commercial partners comply with local regulations
