You will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, lead kickoff and status meetings, and collaborate with sales, product and customer solutions to deliver successful implementations.

You will analyze user feedback, troubleshoot onboarding issues, and help align onboarding with sales transitions while preserving a strong user experience.
