Position Summary

Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Designer to join our growing Drafting and Design team in San Isidro.

Responsibilities
- 3D MicroStation software (and preferably Aecosim or Triforma) and use those skills within the Lycopodium defined CAD procedures
- Supervision of up to three subordinate personnel
- Layout and detailing of materials handling and mine plant design in their nominated discipline
- Produce design drawings that are consistent industry standard techniques and that comply to Lycopodium drawing office and CAD procedures




- Demonstrate a sound understanding of fabrication and construction techniques
- Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development
- Check design drawings as required

Qualifications
- Proficiency in 3D Microstation software
- An approved diploma qualification in Engineering Design Drafting of their discipline or directly related industry experience of 5 to 10 years
