Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for HPTech's transportation research, engineering, laboratory operations, and technology deployment programs.
- Direct the successful execution of multiple federal transportation contracts, ensuring exceptional technical quality, schedule performance, financial performance, and client satisfaction.




- Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to expand HPTech's transportation research portfolio.
- Lead business development and capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiations, contract award, and transition to program execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, including the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), State Departments of Transportation, transportation research organizations, universities, and industry partners.
- Identify emerging federal transportation priorities and translate them into strategic business opportunities.
- Develop teaming strategies, identify strategic partners, and negotiate partnership agreements for major competitive procurements.
