How you create impact
- Lead the end-to-end tender management process, acting as project manager to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to define strategies, align stakeholders and translate customer needs into winning solutions.
- Support the development of competitive pricing structures in coordination with pricing teams.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying value-added solutions and supporting strategic general accounts.
- Conduct post-tender reviews to identify improvements and strengthen future performance.




- Ensure a smooth handover from tender to implementation, maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
- Orchestrate and deliver business reviews (MBR, QBR, YBR) to strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
- Act as a key interface between sales, customer experience, supply chain design and other stakeholders.

What we would like you to bring
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain environments.
- Experience in tender management, pricing or operational excellence roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
