What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting general administration for a Lead Agent
- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building & pest inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Database management
- Letterbox dropping within targeted areas
- Prospecting and prospecting admin

What you’ll bring to the table:




- Current Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate – MUST HAVE
- Experience in a similar administration role (real estate experience HIGHLY REGARDED)
- Comfortable and confident in learning and using multiple IT and admin systems
- A coachable attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable in all interactions
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships
- High attention to detail and a commitment to doing things properly
