About the Opportunity:
As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will lead our BI function and define how data‑driven insights shape our strategic direction. This is a senior leadership position where you will oversee the team, manage the roadmap, and ensure BI delivery generates maximum value across the organization.
You will serve as the critical bridge between business objectives and data capabilities.
By translating complex inquiries regarding revenue, retention, and risk into sophisticated dashboards and actionable insights, you will ensure that data products are accurate, trusted, and delivered at pace.
In this role, you will transform raw data into strategic business decisions through effective leadership, optimized processes, and high‑impact data products.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of analysts and analytics engineers while fostering a culture of data quality and intellectual honesty.
- Manage and prioritize the BI roadmap and backlog across all business domains, from Marketing and Product to Risk and Finance.
- Implement a revenue‑first prioritization framework to ensure BI efforts directly support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into clear data requirements and actionable metric definitions.
