Job Summary
- As a Compliance Lead Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, management, and oversight of the organization’s regulatorycompliance program. In this role, you will manage a team of compliance professionals, ensuring that the company operates in full adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will drive the development and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance frameworks, oversee risk assessments, support regulatory interactions, and champion a culture of compliance across the organization.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley).

Demonstrated experience managing compliance teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Professional certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly desirable.
