Responsibilities

- Manage purchase orders, follow up, and verify invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Support the implementation and coordination of marketing campaigns, working with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist in managing logistics related to installations, activations, and campaign rollouts
- Handle product samples, inventory tracking, and price loading processes
- Support monitoring of marketing budgets and ensure alignment with planned activities
- Collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives

Requirements

- Student in the last years of Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous internship or work experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Intermediate level of English
