Inside Sales will play a crucial role in supporting our RKAMs throughout the Americas with the aim of accelerating growth and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills,



in-depth market intelligence and Logistics and/or Freight Forwarding operational experience in a fast paced, dynamic Freight- Forwarding Field Sales environment.

This roll will be critical in supporting our RKAMs with tactical tasks daily and allow them to focus on more prospecting and sales work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as the main point of contact between internal DP teams and client
- Collaborate closely with sales executives to assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with DP World's pricing and service standards
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, providing updates to clients and internal stak
