Description Role Summary

If you love learning about a person’s story and inspiring them to action, this role could be a fit for you. As a member of the Mobilization team, you will participate in a variety of tasks to inform and inspire people to service with TWR. You will participate in some recruiting (domestic travel), application processing, and collaborating with a team that loves to see individuals and families seeking God’s will for their lives.

Work on the mobilization team to inform and inspire individuals to serve with TWR.

Responsibilities

- Travel to Christian college campuses and large Christian missions conference (like Urbana and CrossCon)
- Manage leads from partnering organizations
- Maintain applicant tracking
- Establish and maintain relationships with local churches
- Assist in the recruitment of short-term, and eventually, long-term missionary staff
- Review applications and discuss with mobilization team

- Willingness to travel domestically
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Good relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
