Responsibilities Coordinate export shipments while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and delivery deadlines

Manage export documentation in accordance with regulatory and operational standards, including BASC requirements

Liaise with customers, suppliers and logistics partners throughout the export process

Provide timely operational updates and maintain clear communication across the supply chain

Monitor invoicing processes and ensure accurate billing instructions





Support the operations team in delivering efficient and reliable export services Candidate Profile Professional or technical qualification in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 1 year of operational experience within a freight forwarding company, customs agency or related logistics environment

Knowledge of international logistics processes and export operations

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
