NetSuite Business Applications Specialist

Location: Remote – Latin America

Employment Type: Full-Time The Opportunity A confidential U.S.-based organization is hiring a NetSuite Business Applications Specialist to support and improve its ERP environment. You'll work with teams across the business to solve system challenges, enhance workflows, and develop solutions that make day-to-day operations more efficient.

We're looking for someone with strong NetSuite expertise who can work independently while communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve the company's NetSuite environment.

Build and maintain SuiteScripts, workflows, custom records, and platform configurations.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams to understand system needs.

Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and saved searches.

Investigate complex NetSuite issues and implement effective solutions.

Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.

Improve data accuracy, system reliability, and overall platform efficiency.

Assist with ERP projects, automation initiatives, and future system enhancements.

Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration or related experience.





Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization.

Understanding of accounting processes and financial systems.

Experience with reporting, integrations, and data management.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Confidence communicating with managers, directors, and other business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

Avalara AvaTax, Stripe, Ramp, or Salesforce.

Analytics, business intelligence, or reporting tools.

Data warehouse or data-related initiatives.

AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Additional Details
