At AIRLOCK, we're fixing air quality in boats and RVs. Based in Fort Lauderdale, we've helped over 100,000 boat and RV owners breathe cleaner air through our e-commerce and B2B channels, and we're growing fast. We're a small, remote-first team that moves quickly, takes ownership, and pursues growth. What you'll do:

You'll own every marketing effort across our DTC channel and full funnel, helping us scale aggressively and grow our business and team.

Paid Ads — Own the marketing budget.

Run Meta

Ads, Google Ads, AppLovin Ads, and any digital platform we might explore. Own campaign strategy, creative direction, and funnel improvements.

Brand & Offer — Brand positioning, offer strategy.

Funnel Direction & CRO — Landing page strategy, copy direction, A/B testing, Amazon storefront.

Campaign Management — Run the marketing calendar and overall strategy.

Email & SMS — Oversee Email and SMS strategy, flows, and campaigns (Klaviyo). Work with designers and specialists on execution.

Creative Strategy — Brief the creative team (creative strategists, designers, UGC creators, video editors). Decide which angles to test, which formats to run,



and which personas to target.

Analytics — Multi-channel attribution for incremental revenue. What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in paid marketing A passion for consumer psychology and understanding your customer

You've managed relevant budgets in Meta and/or Google spend on a DTC brand

You've owned the full funnel — not just media buying, but the pages, emails, and creative that make the ads work

You understand the US market

You can brief a designer and review copy: strong visual eye and a feel for what looks and sounds right

You're comfortable making decisions with imperfect data and adjusting fast

You can write clear copy that makes people pay attention
