Key facts Location: Asia Engagement: Full-time What you'll do - Oversee the complete development lifecycle for various product features, handling both frontend and backend responsibilities.

- Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code into your daily workflow to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Translate product requirements into functional implementations, minimizing the need for extensive handoffs between specialized teams.
- Act as a technical resource, fostering full stack workflows and encouraging your peers to embrace AI-augmented development practices.
- Identify inefficiencies within engineering or design processes and propose actionable improvements to optimize operations.
- Engage in all phases of product development, from the initial concept and design stages through to final deployment and testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies,



contributing to the overall growth of the team and the organization.

Requirements - A Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Computer Science or a related field focused on AI.

- Between 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in software development.
- Proficient in at least one backend programming language, with a preference for Java or Golang.
- Strong skills in Node.js and React, with a solid understanding of frontend and backend integration.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering complete projects in a production environment, showcasing your ability to manage end-to-end development.
- Familiarity with data modeling, database architecture, and core backend principles is essential.
- High proficiency in utilizing AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code effectively.
- Capable of crafting clear prompts for AI outputs and adept at validating, reviewing, and refining generated code.
- A proactive mindset that drives you to identify and resolve challenges independently.
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into detailed technical specifications that guide development.
- Excellent communication skills and logical reasoning abilities are crucial for collaboration and problem-solving.
- For frontend-focused candidates:



Extensive knowledge of React, component architecture, state management, modern build tools, TypeScript, and performance optimization techniques.
- For backend-focused candidates: Experience with high-concurrency programming, familiarity with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and understanding of distributed systems architecture, including load balancing and circuit breaking. Nice to have - Active participation in open-source projects or notable contributions to significant GitHub repositories.
- Experience in cross-platform development for iOS, Android, and web applications, enhancing your versatility as a developer.
