We are a dedicated and client-focused immigration law practice committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. As a solo practitioner, I provide personalized legal services and am seeking a highly skilled and experienced immigration paralegal to join my team.

We are looking for a seasoned immigration paralegal with at leastfive years of experience handling a wide range of immigration matters, including:

- Family-based and employment-based petitions
- Waivers and other complex immigration filings

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cases independently from intake to filing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration laws.
- Draft and prepare legal forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Correspond with clients, USCIS, DOL, NVC, and other agencies as needed.
- Maintain case files and track deadlines efficiently.
- Conduct legal research and assist with responses to RFEs and other inquiries.
- Provide excellent client service and support throughout the immigration process.

Qualifications:

- Passion for immigration law and a commitment to helping others.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Minimum5 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong background in family and employment-based petitions.
- Exceptionalwriting and communication skills .
- Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
